Our business with you doesn't stop once we install our units. It continues as long as you have the product. Despite our every precaution, you may sometimes be confronted by events that are beyond our control.

If an emergency arises with our water heaters, you can contact our experts 24 hours a day throughout the year, including weekends and holidays. For our heating systems, our phones are open for emergencies only 24 hours a day from September 15 to March 15, including weekends and holidays. The rest of the year, or for all non-urgent requests, we're open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
