Payment Methods

Pre-authorized payment (PAP)
The simplest and most convenient way to settle your Hydrosolution account balance. With your authorization, your bank account or credit card is automatically debited monthly. This allows you to avoid late payments and the possibility of additional charges.

Why you should use PAP:
  • Reduced costs: no stamps, no bank fees and no cheques to write
  • You are assured that your bills are paid on time and you avoid late payment penalties
  • Simpler, faster bookkeeping
  • Protects your credit rating in the event of insufficient funds
If you decide to use PAP on your credit card:
  • You can earn rewards points by using your credit card.

Through telebanking services
The following financial institutions have telebanking services that process payment of Hydrosolution invoices:
Many of these banks now accept payment of your Hydrosolution invoice on-line and by telephone. It is often a good idea to include the payment of your Hydrosolution invoice in your bill-payment file. This procedure saves time when you pay your invoice at an automated teller, by telephone or on-line. Contact your financial institution for details.


At a bank branch
Simply present your Hydrosolution invoice to your bank teller. Contact your banking institution for business hours.


By cheque
Simply mail your cheque along with your invoice remittance form at:

To avoid any late payment, allow 5 business days for receipt and processing of your cheque. Note that we do not accept postdated cheques. Your Hydrosolution invoice must be paid for each payment period. Postdated cheques covering payment periods later than the upcoming period will be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
