by concluding this transaction, some of the personal information I’ve shared with HydroSolution may be communicated to Hydro-Québec or Hilo for the purposes of receiving financial assistance in accordance with the equipment selected.
I may withdraw my consent to the communication or disclosure of my personal information to Hydro-Québec or Hilo at any time by contacting HydroSolution (https://www.hydrosolution.com/en/contact-us/) or the personal information officer whose contact information is listed in the privacy policy.
In view of the preceding, it is understood that I consent that the personal information I provide in this form:

be disclosed to Hydro-Québec for the EcoPeak® model only for the purposes outlined herein and in compliance with the law and the privacy policy available at https://www.hydrosolution.com/en/confidentiality/.

Receiving commercial electronic messages from HydroSolution

I consent to HydroSolution sending me commercial electronic messages (messages sent by means of a telecommunication, sound message, text message, voice message, visual message) (“CEM”) to communicate information about HydroSolution’s products and services for marketing activities or commercial prospecting, including for the purposes of following up on a request for services or products that was partially filled out, to show me offers on products or services, and to process a transaction or order and follow up on this transaction.

I understand that:

this consent is not limited in time and will only cease when I remove my information from the mailing list. However, if I remove my information from the mailing list and HydroSolution must continue to communicate with me by CEM to follow up on my obligations in accordance with a transaction or order – including ensuring the payment of the amount due for the transaction or order – HydroSolution will be able to continue communicating with me for these purposes, despite my withdrawal, to protect its rights.
