A state-of-the-art leak detection system

A valve that takes control of the situation
The AKWA* valve will safely shut off the water supply, regardless if you’ve been away from home for a short or a long period of time. It is hardwired directly to the control unit for an immediate response rate.
A water alarm controller
The water alarm controller panel centralizes the functions and automatically sends you the leak’s exact location.
Discreet wireless sensor
A sensor can easily and discreetly be placed under a sink, near a toilet or water heater. It even detects the smallest water leak with an unparalleled level of precision and stays active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
A presence detector (optional)
After a 4- to 12-hour period without any movement (depending on the installation settings), a signal is sent to the alarm panel. AKWA* then goes into prevention mode and shuts off the valve automatically. AKWA* is the first 100% preventive solution on the market!
The detection ruler
The technology of this sensing ruler is formed by a thin printed circuit board 20″ long by 1″ wide. The two surfaces of the ruler can capture water along its entire length. They are often installed near dishwashers, water heaters and refrigerators connected to the water supply. As soon as the sensing ruler comes in contact with water, a signal is immediately sent to the dual leak detection probe which in turn sends a signal to the water alarm controller to close the main valve. Once dry, the detection ruler immediately resets itself.
