Preventive maintenance
Your rental agreement comes with preventive maintenance carried out every three years by our certified experts. However, you should remember to clean your indoor and outdoor unit every year. Going through a basic maintenance checklist will help you get the most out of your heat pump and extend its lifespan! Did you know that a poorly maintained heat pump consumes up to 25% more energy! Purchasing a heat pump from HydroSolution comes with a 12-year warranty on parts and a 1-year warranty on labour.

Hydro-Québec’s LogisVert program provides financial assistance to help you implement one or more energy-saving measures, including efficient heat pumps.
When you purchase or rent a Performance model wall-mounted heat pump from HydroSolution, you could benefit from financial assistance of up to $2,568*. This financial assistance will be provided to you by HydroSolution in one lump sum when you rent your heat pump. This will help you streamline the process of obtaining your financial assistance.
