Pre-authorized debit (PAD) or pre-authorized credit card payments

Pre-authorized payments are a simple, convenient way of paying your HydroSolution bills. With your authorization, payments are automatically taken care of through your credit or debit account each month.

The following financial institutions have Internet banking services that will process HydroSolution bill payments:

All of the above financial institutions can process your HydroSolution bill payment online or by phone. It’s a good idea to register your HydroSolution bill with your bank. That way, you’ll save time when you pay your bill at an automatic teller, online or by phone. Contact your bank for more details. To settle your bill at your bank branch or at an automatic teller, simply bring your HydroSolution bill to your branch. Contact your branch for opening hours. To pay your bill at an ATM, you’ll need a debit or credit card (a credit card is only necessary if you want to pay your HydroSolution balance by credit card). You’ll also need your HydroSolution bill stub. Simply go to one of your bank’s ATMs and follow the on-screen instructions. For more information on paying your bills, contact your financial institution. To pay by cheque, send a cheque (payable to HydroSolution) along with your pay stub (lower portion of bill) to the following address: PO Box 11786, Downtown Branch, Montreal, Quebec, H3C 0B9. Avoid late fees—allow five working days for your cheque to be received and processed. Please note that we do not accept post-dated cheques. Your HydroSolution bill must be settled for every payment period. Post-dated cheques covering periods later than the current payment period will be returned to you. Thank you for your understanding.
